SALES POLICY
Ramble Ledge Rabbitry reserves the right to refuse the sale of any animal. We also reserve the right to cancel any sales prior to the animal being delivered.
We guarentee the temperment of our animals and that the animal is healthy when it leaves the barn.
All animals are pedigreed unless otherwise stated.
Any animal can be held with a 50% Non- Refundable deposite for up to 2 weeks, unless other arrangements have been made. I can deliver rabbits to shows I attend, or may be able to deliver within a reasonable distance. Will work with you to find transportation for animal, within reason.
All transportation and other associate fee's will be the responsibility of buyer.
I can not guarentee the breedablity or showability of any animal sold. All sales are final.
If at any time you are unable to care for your animal contact me. I will re- home.
If the rabbit should pass in 7 day's it will be replaced with an animal of equal or lesser value. No cash refunds. (case by case basis)
Cash is prefered. I do not accept out of state checks (case by case basis). Should I accept a check and it not clear, all bank fee's and expenses occured in the process to collect the debt will be the resposiblity of the purchaser.
I work very hard and care greatly for my animals. I want to ensure they are also cared for once they leave my property. Should you have any questions on any aspect of this diclosure, or on anything rabbit related I encourage you to ask. Thank you.
